  3. In a continuing effort to provide the most accurate, up-to-date and timely information possible, the Tech Info Library is now available online at the following URL: http://tilsp1.info.apple.com/techinfo.nsf

  5. This online, Service and Support Provider version of the TIL contains over 15,000 technical articles and is updated nightly. Use the same user name and password that you enter for Service Source Online to access the TIL online.

  7. We hope the convenience of online access and the timeliness of late-breaking Tech Info Library articles fully meets your service and support needs.

  9. Important Note: Please keep in mind that the Acrobat TIL contained in this folder on the Companion 2 CD is no longer being updated. We are providing this TIL for your convenience, but it does not include articles that were written or updated after October 1.
